Heritage Homes was established by Larry Ryan with the goal of providing housing to all areas of the housing market. Larry's knowledge and dedicated service in the industry has been passed along to other family members Kim, Mike and Larry are available for your home buying needs.

At Heritage Homes we believe buying a home should be an enjoyable, stress free experience. Heritage Homes is a third generation family owned business. What does that mean for you...security. Security in knowing you are in good hands. Heritage Homes puts forth more effort from the start of the sale until the moment you move in. Why? Because we have a vested interest in the company. Our customer satisfaction is key to our business. Another way to look at it is we are family helping other families. Be part of our family of satisfied customers. We strive to meet each and every customer's needs and expectations. Our commitment to success starts at the top. The President, Larry Ryan, is active in the business on a daily basis. His daughter, Kim Premo, and her husband Mike Premo manage Heritage Homes. The President's mother is still bringing mail to the office and typing up documents and the grandchildren are now starting to work on the maintenance side of the company. We take pride in our family owned business.

Our History

Larry Ryan started in the industry in 1968 with a retail operation center in Onalaska. He has been on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Manufactured Housing Association for 37 consecutive years. In addition to his current involvement on the Housing Alliance Association. On a National level he has been the only voting delegate at their Headquarters in Washington D.C. He has represented Wisconsin as the Manufactured Housing Institute voting delegate consecutively since Wisconsin joined the National Association in 1976. He has held every office on the Board of Directors including two terms as president. In 1995 he was the second person from Wisconsin to ever be inducted to the RVMH Hall of Fame (Recreational Vehicle Mobile Home) as both a retail and community owner for leadership, innovation and dedication to the industry. He currently holds a seat on the Communities Council and will be pursuing a seat on the Retailers Council. He has served as Secretary on the Board of Directors to the RVMH Foundation for 6 years. Larry has also been an active member in his local community by being involved with the La Crosse Shrine Club and Rotary Club holding most offices including that of President.

Over a period of years Larry had expanded to over five sales centers in two states. At the same time, he established two manufactured home communities. Larry was a pioneer in developing a new concept in one of his manufactured home communities by placing a designated section of homes horizontally on their site. This was to resemble a more conventional neighborhood. In addition he took this one step further by pioneering an entire community based on this new concept. Our new concept developed into a beautiful 55 and "better" community. Heritage Village is one step above the rest. See for yourself and drive through Heritage Village located on Hwy 35 between Onalaska and Holmen, WI.

"It is my objective to promote the housing industry and improve the image of manufactured homes. This will include changes in the way we currently think about the process of how we build, market, transport, install and service our product." Larry has always been an advocate and promoter of new ideas for the industry.
