A local community rich in history is found between Onalaska and Holmen on Highway 35. Originally built by the Ryan and Neitzel family in 1968 as “Coulee Park Estates” is was renamed in the mid 70’s as Coulee Region Acres when it was sold. In 2014 Scott Ryan repurchased the families first development and renamed it Creekside. Creekside features quality living for young and old alike. Private off-street parking is provided. A dog or a cat is permitted as long as they are an indoor animal and they are licensed. Cable television service provided by Charter Communication is included in your monthly fee. The Village of Holmen provides water, sewer, street maintenance and emergency services are only moments away as an ambulance sub-station is about ½ mile away. We are in the Holmen School District with bus service from several locations. The Onalaska-Holmen-West Salem Public Shared Ride provides inexpensive transportation via a minivan at a moment’s notice. In 2016 highway 35 had been improved to provide access to a fabulous bike and walking trail with is nestled along the river. We are about 5 minutes from the Valley View Mall area. Banking, restaurants, auto service, grocery stores and numerous specialty stores can be found nearby as well.
